Biography

Rebeka Sultana is a Registered Nurse with 10 years of experience in newborn and paediatric care. She completed her BSc in Nursing at the Bangladesh Nursing College and gained her early experience in the neonatal ward of a leading Dhaka hospital before joining Care Bangla's home baby-care team.

Rebeka specialises in newborn bathing and cord care, feeding support, jaundice monitoring, growth tracking, and safe-sleep coaching for new parents. She works especially closely with mothers recovering from C-sections, helping families navigate the first critical weeks at home with confidence.

Certified: BNMC Registered Nurse, Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS). Speaks: Bengali, English.
